🏡 Rules & Responsibilities for Parents
1. Regular Communication: Check the school diary
daily and respond promptly to teacher notes or circulars.
2. Punctuality in Fees: Pay fees on time as per
the school’s schedule to avoid late fines or denial of access to exams.
3. Discipline Support: Encourage and support the
school’s discipline policies at home.
4. Uniform & Materials: Ensure your child comes
in full uniform and carries required books/supplies.
5. Health Check: Do not send sick children to
school. Inform school promptly in case of illness or contagious conditions.
6. Leave Approval: Apply in writing for leave
with proper reason. Long leave must be discussed with the principal.
7. Transport Safety: Ensure timely drop and
pick-up if using personal transport. No double riding on bicycles allowed.
8. Avoid Interruption: Parents should not enter
classrooms during school hours without prior permission.
9. Update Details: Inform school office
immediately about any change in phone number, address, or emergency contacts.
10. Respect School Staff: Maintain respectful
communication with all teachers and staff.
11. Homework Monitoring: Supervise and encourage
children to complete assignments and revise regularly.
12. Parental Involvement: Attend all PTMs
(Parent-Teacher Meetings) and school functions.
13. Academic Support: Provide a conducive study
environment at home.
14. No Private Gifts: Do not offer gifts or money
to teachers or staff under any circumstances.
15. Withdrawals: Follow proper withdrawal
procedures; fees once paid are not refundable.
