Application for Withdrawal

Parents/Guardians seeking withdrawal must submit a written application in advance to the school office.

Transfer Certificate (TC)

TC will be issued only after full settlement of all dues and return of library books or school property (if any).

Notice Period

• A minimum of 15 days’ notice is required before the withdrawal of a student.
• Fees for the current term will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Mid-Year Withdrawals

In case of withdrawal during the academic year, the full term fee is applicable.

School-Initiated Withdrawal

The school reserves the right to dismiss a student on grounds of indiscipline, poor attendance, or non-compliance with school policies after prior warning.
